Eligibility for Return & Exchange
You may request a return or exchange if:

Products without original packaging or tags.
Sale/clearance items (unless damaged or incorrect).
Return & Exchange Process

Provide Proof
Send clear photos of the product showing the issue (wrong item, damage, etc.).
Return the Item
Once approved, send the item back to our address (customer bears the return shipping cost unless it's our error).
Replacement or Refund
We’ll send a replacement (if available) or offer a refund/store credit after inspecting the returned item.
Conditions
Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags/packaging.
