At Manha Meherab Enterprise, we aim to deliver your orders quickly, safely, and efficiently. Please read our delivery rules carefully before placing an order.

1. Delivery Coverage

We deliver nationwide across Bangladesh.

Delivery outside Dhaka may require additional time depending on the location and courier service availability.

2. Delivery Time

Inside Dhaka: Estimated delivery within 2–4 working days.

Outside Dhaka: Estimated delivery within 3–7 working days.

Delivery time may vary during festivals, sales campaigns, or due to unavoidable situations (e.g., weather, strikes).

3. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Promotional offers may include free delivery on select products or order amounts.

4. Order Confirmation

All orders are confirmed via call or message before processing.

Orders may be canceled if the customer cannot be reached within 48 hours of placing the order.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available across most locations in Bangladesh.

Please be ready with the exact amount during delivery to ensure a smooth handover.

6. Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery fails due to incorrect address, phone number, or unavailability of the customer, the order will be canceled.

Re-delivery may require an additional charge.

7. Package Inspection

Customers are advised to check the package in front of the delivery agent.

If the package appears damaged or tampered with, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately.
